Your Perfavour order will be lovingly packed by hand and dispatched within 1-2 working days. You will receive a tracking notification within 24 hours of dispatch, so you can follow your order’s progress. While we are committed to meeting our timing estimates, external factors such as carrier delays or unexpected weather conditions may occasionally affect delivery times.

We ship with care to Ireland, the UK, the US, and select European countries, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance or local factors. Shipping times may extend during peak holiday periods.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact us to request a return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and address.
  3. To ensure a smooth return, please contact us before sending your item. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the safe return of items.
  • We recommend using tracked and insured shipping, as Perfavour is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Damages or Faulty Items:

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us immediately so we can repair, replace, or refund your item at no cost.

  • EU customers: You are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee against defects.
  • All customers: We provide a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty or damaged:

  • Pierced earrings or hygiene-sealed items once the seal is broken
  • Personalized or custom-made jewellery, including engraved or resized items
  • Items clearly marked as Final Sale or heavily discounted
  • Gift cards

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for your preferred item.

European Union Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days):

Notwithstanding the above, EU customers have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.

Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item or proof of return, whichever is earlier.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Taxes, Duties & Shipping Charges:

  • Original shipping charges, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are non-refundable, unless required by law.
  • Any import duties or taxes paid must be reclaimed directly from the relevant authority.
